Wim T. Schippers left 390 kilograms of peanut butter, spread two centimetres thick across 25 square metres of museum floor.
The installation must be applied as smoothly and monotonously as possible. Visitors may not walk on it. The artist preferred that it not be burdened with too much educational purpose.
Schippers also voiced Ernie and Kermit in the Dutch Sesame Street.
